Dessa går var 20 minut och det tar ca 15 min till Sundsvall centrum och stannar utanför Mitt universitetet på vägen. Har du bil så står du på gratis på parkeringen som tillhör huset. Sjöstugan ligger vid Björköfjärden, Bottenhavet. Sommartid finns det tillgång till liten motorbåt som ligger vid bryggan. Runt stugan finns ett trädäck. Byggnadsår 2009. Huset har fullt utrustat kök och diskmaskin, kyl och frys, badrum med dusch och toalett. Huset har ett sovrum med ställbara sängar och kök/vardagsrum med bäddsoffa och ett loft med två madrasser. Utomhus finns bord och solstolar. Vintertid när isen ligger är det utmärkt läge för vinterfiske, skridsko eller skidåkning.

Husdjur är tillåtna. Rökning är förbjudet i huset. Resesäng finns för dom allra minsta besökarna. Huset är fullt utrustad för året runt boende.

Welcome to this newly built house in beautiful Fällsvikshamn. The house was completed in the autumn of 2020, sea view and is close to the water. Fällsvikshamn is an older fishing village with old boathouses. You will live close to Rotsidan, bath from rocks or beach, hiking trails, excursion places, sea fishing and incredible natur. Underfloor heating in the hole house , and AC for sunny days. Wi-Fi, TV and normal housing standard. June-August only booking Sunday-Sunday.
