Lovely little cottage with outdoor bath invites you to quiet and relax in natural surroundings. The house has an outdoor kitchen with dining area, and large terrace. The house is functional and contains everything you need. There is an entrance, connected kitchen and living room with wood-burning stove, bedroom and bathroom. In addition, there is a beautiful outdoor shower with hot water, about 10 meters from the front door. Here you can swim most of the year while enjoying the elements of nature at the same time. The area is scenic with beautiful hiking and biking routes.

All year round, you can swim in the "Svenskerhullet" and Roneklint and the small fine island Maderne, which is owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø. Here you can relax with the family and enjoy the peaceful surroundings, including the nearby forest, where wild boars live. The house, built in 1776, exudes the old days in the countryside. At the same time, here are the most sought-after modern amenities (WiFi, heat pump, dishwasher and charging box for the electric car). Our cozy cottage is located only 150 meters from Enø beach and is the perfect place for a quiet getaway. There are two bedrooms, a kitchen-living room with dining area and living room in one, as well as a wood-burning stove for the cool evenings. There are two lovely, enclosed terraces: with sun all day, dining areas, sun loungers and parasols - perfect for a quiet morning coffee, a book in the shade or a glass of wine in the evening sun. Wonderful sea view from the Yellow House on Femø.

The holiday home is located in Sønderby on the island of Femø with rural surroundings and the most beautiful view of the field and the Smålandshavet - which is a bird sanctuary. Here, the family can enjoy peace and quiet in our bright, 160 sqm home on two floors on the west side of the island, with the most beautiful sunset over the sea. At night, you will be surprised by the clear starry sky. The house has Wi-Fi fiber 1000 Mbit. When the heat is needed, guests pay for the consumption of the heating oil at the daily price.

Cozy house by the sea

This thatched cottage from 1805 is located by the sea as the last house on the pier in a small village. You can go for wonderful walks in nearby forests or you can just sit in the garden or inside the house and enjoy the spectacular view - on three sides of the house your view will be the sea. Inside the small and cozy house you will find two bedrooms with double beds. But if you prefer to sleep ‘outside’ in the garden annex there is a double bed waiting for you here (the red painted room).

With a view of the water and located by Langø harbor, you can have a relaxing vacation in our beautiful cottage, which we have been renovating ourselves over the past few years. We would like to share our place in the small, quiet fishing village of Langø with others who appreciate personal decor, relaxing on the terrace with magical sunsets, a beautiful large kitchen-living room, and a cozy enclosed garden. Eat at home or at the fishing bar at the harbor and take trips in the area.

The Garden House

At Søllestedgaard Estate, in the courtyard right next to the main building, is the steward's residence, one wing of which has long served as the garden house, which is now being rented out. The garden house is a lovely apartment on 2 levels with a view of the moat and direct access to the terrace. The apartment sleeps 6 people in 3 bedrooms. The rental property is located on Lolland in the station town of Søllested, right between Nakskov and Maribo.

Nature, aesthetics and calm – renovated 70s house with handpicked finds and lots of wood! The house sits front row to Avnø Fjord, with direct access to the salt meadow and coast, and lovely views of the fjord. Nature is close: hares and pheasants often pass by. The fjord is shallow and good for SUP, canoe and kayak. Outside: a fire pit and outdoor games. Inside: a wood stove, board games and a well-equipped kitchen.
