Easy access to everything from this perfectly located base in Næstved. Less than 1 km to the city center and station. 300 meters to Næstved Arena, stadium and high school. Small annex with sofa and TV, dining table and 2 chairs, the kitchen, private bathroom, downstairs bedroom with double bed 140x200. Private enclosed terrace with barbecue and outdoor fireplace. Not suitable for poor walking or small children, due to steep stairs. Private entrance through the garden. There is a small dog at the address, but not in the annex. House centrally located on Lolland.

The house is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, at the end of a closed road. Close to forest, water, city and highway access and exit. Just 10 km to Knuthenborg Safari Park and 5 km to Krenkerup Estate with Brewery-Tractor Museum. Only 24 km to Krokodille Zoo and 30 km to the Fehmarn Belt tunnel. We live 45 km from the southernmost point of Denmark, Sydstenen in Gedser. Stone sculptures with music The Dodekalitten in Kragenæs is just 27 km away, where there is also the possibility of taking the ferries to the islands Fejø, Femø and Askø.

Romantic farmhouse with amazing views

This beautiful farmhouse exudes romance and rural idyll. With a wood-burning stove, thatched roof, and lots of aesthetic details. There is a courtyard with stunning views of meadows, trees and sea, as well as a flower garden. The house is undisturbed with walking distance to the sea, grocery store and marina. In the luxurious bedroom there is a French imported vintage double bed. In the living room there is a comfortable double sofa bed, a cozy work corner, as well as an evocative dining area with a beautiful chandelier and a peasant blue table.

A dining area is featured with a glass table and modern chairs, providing ample seating. Large sliding doors open to a scenic view, facilitating indoor-outdoor flow. Natural light enhances the space, complemented by minimalist decor and a sense of openness.

Enjoy our idyllic family-friendly holiday home just an hour from Copenhagen, near the charming old coastal town of Vordingborg. The house 'Søeholm', once a small seaside hotel, is now our unique waterfront home, surrounded by forests and fields. Lovely family house in Hårbølle with large garden

Hyggeligt hus med plads til 5 voksne/store børn og et mindre barn i dejlig landsby med to caféer og 15 minutters gang til strand. Huset har to værelser ovenpå samt et værelse i tilhørende annex. Skøn have med udestue med udsigt over marker og med stort sommer studio/hyggerum hvor børnene kan male og tegne, høre musik og spille bordfodbold. There is also a fire pit, playground and outdoor patio, with a grill and furniture for both dining and relaxing.
