The house is about 5 km from the E4 and 8 km from Söderhamn. It has a fully equipped kitchen, even a microwave and dishwasher, shower and toilet, one bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a sofa bed. The house is located at Kastviken, an old sea cove and it is only 300 meters down to a small marina with jetties where you can fish, swim and barbecue at a barbecue area.
