Busverbindung direkt vor der Tür (Richtung LukasKH). Die gesamte Wohnung ist in 2023 saniert worden, inkl. neuer Fenster und Badezimmer.

Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel, wie diverse Buslinien und S11 sind in unmittelbarter Nähe.

Wonderful, recently built 2-room granny annexe, app. 42 qm, fully furnished, tasteful decoration, with own terrace and garden and with private entrance door. Ideal place to stay for students, fitters, business or holiday guests. Quiet and rural surrounding, located in Grevenbroich-Neukirchen. Bedroom is basically equipped with a single-bed, an additional double bed (sofa) is located at the living room .
