Mit dem PKW in ca.15 bis25 Min nach Düsseldorf, ca.30 Min nach Köln Trotzdem brauchen Sie nicht auf entspannte Nächte verzichten, da wir sehr ruhig wohnen. Alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig in wenigen Min zu erreichen. Dank der eigenen Küche steht einem gesunden und leckeren Start in den Tag nichts im Wege. S-Bahn towards Düsseldorf Messe (about 50 min), Downtown (about 20 min) & airport (about 40 min)Cologne center (about 40 min.), as well as a bus towards Düsseldorf University, within walking distance. Bus connection right outside the door (towards Lukas Hospital). The whole apartment was renovated in 2023, including new windows and bathrooms.

Wonderful, recently built 2-room granny annexe, app. 42 qm, fully furnished, tasteful decoration, with own terrace and garden and with private entrance door. Ideal place to stay for students, fitters, business or holiday guests. Quiet and rural surrounding, located in Grevenbroich-Neukirchen. Bedroom is basically equipped with a single-bed, an additional double bed (sofa) is located at the living room .
