Well-connected home

Freshly renovated 50 sqm attic apartment in well connected Neusser suburb. Highway A57 and A46 are minutes away. S-Bahn direction Düsseldorfer Messe (approx. 50 min) & Airport (around 40 min), Cologne center (about 40 min), as well as a bus towards Düsseldorf Uni, within walking distance. Bus connection directly in front of the door (direction LukasKH). The whole apartment was renovated in 2023, including new window and bathroom. A fully automatic coffee machine incl. coffee is at your disposal.

Our garden apartment is located on the raised floor of a youth style house from 1906. There are two rooms with a total of 90 square meters available for a total of 90 square A living room and bedroom and a kitchen-living room. All windows and the sunny terrace have a view into the garden. Our library will invite you to read. Enjoy relaxed and spacious living in a quiet location in the center of Düsseldorf. The large shaker table can also be used for meetings with up to 6 people.

The apartment is about 30 sqm, consists of a bedroom with a bed 140 cm wide and closet , the windows are to be darkened by blinds, an open living room with a 140 cm wide sofa bed and small dining area; small kitchen with fridge, 2 burner stove, sink and microwave combination; balcony, as well as a shower room (tub about 15 cm high) with toilet and a small storage room . The final cleaning with surface disinfectant. Bettinlett is laundered at the change of guests.

Towels are changed weekly, bed linen 14 days. In the yard there is a sitting area (for smokers). Free public parking is available on the surrounding streets. Good public transport links (buses, 2.5 km to Neusser Bahnhof), shopping and laundromat nearby.
