Surrounded by forest and meadows, the house has a magnificent panorama from the sun terrace. The house has 1,200 square meters of natural garden/forest. With open eyes and ears you can experience many forest dwellers. In the morning squirrels, the kite at noon, deer in the evening or the owl at night. A squirrel feeding station, binoculars and a wildlife camera are used for nature observation.

The building is a former paper warehouse of a printing house and very nice to look at. There is a lot of light and despite the downtown location it is nice and quiet inside. From the centrally located place, you can quickly reach all the important places in the city. The RedBull Arena and the Quarterback Arena can be reached in minutes by tram, while every lake is 20 minutes away. The house is located in the second row and has a small garden. A conservatory for sunbathing and relaxing is also included.

You have direct access to the property from the staircase. Grill and fireplace are available in the garden. Liebe Gäste unsere Wohnung liegt so zentral, dass ihr von der Autobahn A14 in 5 min bei uns vor Ort sein könnt. Der Flughafen ist in 10 min zu erreichen und die Leipziger Messe auch. Die schöne Stadt Leipzig (Hauptbahnhof) kann euch mit dem Auto über die A14 in 20 min. begrüßen. Den Leipziger Zoo und die Redbull Arena sowie das „Völki“ sind ca. 10 min vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt. Unser Wohnung ist für Kurz- und Langzeitbuchungen ausgestattet. 2 km entfernt liegt die Seenlandschaft zum relaxen.
