The vacation home has 160 square meters of living space and 5 bedrooms for 10 plus 2 people. It is located in the middle of the Leipzig Neuseenland on Lake Hain 20 km south of Leipzig. The core of the house is a 70 square meter dining/living room with huge windows, a long dining table and a fireplace. There are two large terraces, from the upper one you have a view far over the lake. The house was deliberately designed for sociable days in a larger group. For the children there are many books, toys and a playground.

The guest apartment is located in the completely newly converted attic of our house. It includes a living area with kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a large bathroom. The nearest supermarket is less than 1 km away and the bakery is only a 2-minute walk. If necessary, a bread roll service is possible on Saturdays. Riesa is located approximately midway between the cities of Leipzig and Dresden directly on the beautiful Elbe. The Elbe Cycle Path is about 3 km away.

My place is close to a park and has good public transport links to the city center and the Leipzig lake district. You'll love my place because of the quiet location, coziness and furnishings. The apartment was completed in May 2016. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). Quiet, very nice house/property near the Elbe.

Beautiful, secluded and very quiet property at the end of the small village. Beautiful view from the upper terrace over the Elbe landscape and the Elbe. The Elbe is about 400 m away. The Alte Elbe Kathewitz Nature Reserve begins 200 m away. Large hedges to the neighboring properties and a separate door to the Elbe dam. The house is good for up to 4 people. With an extra bed, however, it can also accommodate up to 6 people. Please feel free to ask.

Ehrliche Pensionswohnung. Wir konzentrieren uns auf das was für Gäste wichtig ist. Super bequemes großes Bett (Matratzen neu). Alles ist extrem Sauber, übersichtlich. Wohnzimmer und beide Schlafzimmer haben Multimedia Fernseher und es gibt 2 Schreibtische zum Arbeiten. Wir betreiben seit 10 Jahren Pensionswohnungen und wissen inzwischen: Kurzzeitreisende brauchen es einfach, übersichtlich, schnörkellos und sauber. Und vor allem, gut angebunden.

The raw construction look is intentional. First-class transport links with bus, tram 9 and S-Bahn, 15 minutes to the city, 35 minutes to the airport, 200 meters to the lake. Two bicycles can be used, so you are in the city or at the fair in 20 minutes.
