In the middle of the vineyards, on the southern slope, with great views of the front Kinzig Valley, our house is in a secluded location. In the basement, at ground level to the garden, there is a cozily furnished apartment, where you can be comfortable in any season and in any weather. The combined kitchen-living room, bedroom and bathroom are accessible on around 45 m² barrier-free. Right outside the front door you will find endless hiking trails through the Black Forest.

A warm welcome to Gengenbach in Kinzigtal, “The romantic pearl” of the Black Forest. Our house is located in a residential area at the edge of town. Forest, meadows, fields and vineyards, for you to explore and enjoy, are within 500 meters of the house. Numerous hiking trails, nice little paths for a short walk, mountain bike trails and Nordic walking trails all start in our neighborhood. Shopping, supermarkets and a bus stop are just minutes away by foot.

The apartment with kitchenette and bathroom is all yours and is lockable. We share the house entrance. You can enjoy the sun all day long on your small terrace. Secluded yet close to the center, you can enjoy your vacation here. Hikes and bike tours can be started right outside the front door. A Penny food discounter is within walking distance (600 meters). Excursion destinations such as Europa-Park, Vogts farms, Triberg, ... are easily accessible.

The "Lerchennest" is located separately on the upper floor of the rustic half-timbered house built in 1890. The small town of Aach is only 5 minutes by car from the spa town of Freudenstadt and offers the ideal base to discover the Black Forest. But there is also a lot to explore around the Lerchennest: the natural garden, a fireplace for grilling, a sauna to relax, feeding goats or hiking together, cuddly cats and all sorts of things.

A spacious sleeping area is furnished with a white metal bed featuring a comfortable mattress dressed in orange bedding. A small table and a colorful tablecloth sit beside the bed, while natural light filters through adjacent windows.
