The kitchen, living room and dining area contain high-quality materials and an abundance of natural sunlight. The 3rd room + bathroom has access to the terrace. The modular sofa converts into a comfortable double bed.

The 38 m2 studio is on the ground floor of my house in a residential area 250 meters from the Bois de Boulogne and the citadel of Lille. The studio is new. Access through the garage available to guests for a small car. Private parking in front of the garage. Wifi available. Please note, there is a beam on the ceiling at a height of 1.85 m Ideal for couples with children or friends visiting Northern France. Nearby services Bakery, pharmacy, butcher, bus or metro.

Our Bruges house, nestled in the city center, is just a 2-minute walk from Market Square and other attractions. Tucked away on a quiet street, it ensures a peaceful night's sleep. The ground floor offers a private bedroom with a spacious ensuite bathroom, a personal kitchen with a Nespresso machine, fridge, and more, along with a small courtyard. The only shared space is the entrance hall, as I live upstairs. Enjoy comfort and tranquility in the heart of Bruges.

Experience the real life of Lille: the house-apartment welcomes you, near Parc Lebas, the trendy neighborhood in Lille (with its bars and restaurants). It's all about walking. You have all the space exclusively (80m2). The house is comfortable, cozy and quiet with a flowery courtyard, fireplace, large bathroom, well-equipped kitchen and cinema (Netflix, Canal +, etc.). All linens are provided, hot out of the dry cleaner.

Close to major roads, Lille, Arras, Tournai, Bethune and Lens are less than 1/2 hour away, and Douai is 10 minutes away. The Annex is a 50 m2 extension of my home that is totally independent. The ANNEX will welcome you in a family atmosphere. For your professional stays, your weekend discoveries, or to take your exams (GAYANT EXPO 10 minutes away) we will put everything at your disposal to make your stay enjoyable.
