This semi-basement apartment with completely independent access will allow you to visit the surrounding area. A stone's throw from the historic hall of Milly la Foret, you will have access to all amenities after a day of hiking or climbing in the beautiful forest of Fontainebleau (forest of 3 pignons 5 minutes away) or the indoor aquatic center (200 m). We will also have the pleasure of sharing with you our garden, swimming pool and outdoor games (swing, trampoline, etc.)

The cottage is equiped with a log burning stove that heats the cottage, and we will supply a basket of logs and kindling. Enjoy exclusive use of our stunning pool amidst the trees and flowers of the park. The kitchen will be stocked with tea, coffee, milk and some treats.

Large 150 m² farmhouse with independent 60 m² cottage, completely renovated, overlooking a charming inner courtyard and a garden that is not overlooked. Close to Fontainebleau, Grand Parquet, Barbizon and just minutes from the Forêt des 3 Pignons (climbing sites, 25-bump circuit and Cul-de-Chien sands).

Independent house, with heated pool from May 16 to September 30, private sheltered jacuzzi and terrace, fully equipped with smoking shelter and barbecue (charcoal not included). 2 people maximum, not possible to invite additional people, NO EVENING OF year,WEDDING,PARTIES ETC... The entrance is under video surveillance and secure, it is a quiet place to relax. The house is in our property and independent from ours (opposite).

The Pretty Country House

This comfortable and authentic cottage is one of the buildings of an old farm that we are renovating and in which we also live. The farmyard is common to several buildings, including our home, but you have a sunny and private terrace. Located in the heart of a completely preserved and typical Gâtinais hamlet, you are close to the best climbing sites in the Fontainebleau massif (Larchant, 3 Pignons) and many tourist sites.

If the weather permits, why not take a dip in the pool; play a game of tennis or take your bikes for a nice ride. Please note that during the winter period the swimming pool is closed from November 5 to April 15.
