Bathtub, daybed, 2-person spiral shower and Real wood fireplace leave nothing to be desired. In summer, a 5 x 4 meter gate can be opened which makes the lower loft area a convertible. The altitude of 550 meters above sea level allows wide views over the countryside. Gartenstraße is very quiet, it is also the Ahrsteig. Nature lovers will be pleased, the biodiversity of fauna and flora is great, in the sky the red kite makes its rounds, great spotted woodpecker, middle spotted woodpecker and green woodpecker are happy at the old trees.
