Available an apartment obtained from a larger construction, renovated in 2010, and inserted in a garden of 2000 square meters with pine forest and relaxation corners and that lends itself to the reconditioning of kite-surfing equipment, is located about 10 minutes from the center of Marsala, about 10 minutes from the beaches/beaches of the south coast and 2.5 km from the Stagnonee Reserve from the kite-surfing places. The property is easily accessible from Trapani-Birgi airport and there is also transfer to and from Birgi airport (prior coordination). The area of the building is about 50 sq. meters consisting of a kitchen living room, working kitchenette and complete with dishes available to guests and sofa bed; two bathrooms with shower for exclusive use, one bedroom with double bed and sun bed. In a wooden annex, the possibility of using the washing machine and other outdoor shower. The garden, with pine forest, olive and citrus trees, is shared with the owner, a dog and cats, but for guests there is a relaxing garden corner, under two centuries-old olive trees, with deck chairs, chairs and a side table with the possibility of grilling.
