Toilet, shower with hot water tank 30l, (short shower) Double bed, sofa, dining table, small terrace. TV and Wi-Fi. The cottage is located in the garden close to our house. We live outside the village of Hjortshøj on the edge of the forest and close to the highway. Dogs are welcome. Rented with bed linen and towels. Distance to Aarhus 12 km, to public transport 600 m. The cottage is not suitable for long-term stays.

Upstairs: 1 bedroom with a single bed and a double bed. In the living room, there is the possibility of extra bedding with a view of the harbor basin and Ebeltoft Vig. On the ground floor: Kitchen and bathroom, entrance hall. East-facing courtyard.

Minimum 4 days in the off-season and 1 week in the high season. Final cleaning DKK 995 per stay. A wood basket is supplied with firewood, please bring your own wood. You pay for usage based on the meter: electricity, DKK 2.79 per kWh; water and sewage, DKK 89.00 per m³. The landlord takes the meter readings at check-in and check-out and sends a bill for the actual usage via Airbnb.

Tiny House Lindebo is a small cozy summerhouse. The house is located in a cozy garden, with a lovely covered south-facing terrace. It is 200 meters to the bus stop, from where the bus goes to Aarhus C. The nature around the house offers both cozy forest and 600 meters from the house is a really nice beach. Kaløvig Boatsport is less than one km from the house. In the house there is dining and sleeping space for 4 people. Towels, dishcloths, duvets, bed linens, and firewood for the cozy wood-burning stove.

We love having guests and have tried to create a nice and functional starting point for a nice stay in beautiful Djursland. There is not much luxury here, nor is there much space, but it is cozy and decent - and centrally located in relation to Djursland's many glories. For example, we have Djurs Sommerland, golf, fishing lake, playground and animal park almost in the backyard. Nice dogs are welcome (Note: stairs to the first floor). We have two nice dogs ourselves. The house is really nicely located on the property with a fantastic view over the passage of the seasons in Mols Bjerge.
