Private, quiet, park-like retreat near Notre Dame campus, which is a approx a 17 min. drive. South Bend Airport is close by, also a 17 min. drive. Only 1 mile to downtown Niles shops. My cottage sits on 1.5 acres, surrounded by woods, nature & wildlife with a small creek in the backyard. My large, paved driveway has ample parking for cars. The large deck has a gas grill, picnic table, seating, & a small putting green. Easy drives to Lake Michigan beaches, wineries, breweries, casinos & more.

This TINY studio is located in an old 4-unit apartment house, so there is some in-house sound transfer. Our neighborhood is usually quiet, but not always. Memorial Hospital 3 blocks, Notre Dame 2.5 miles, downtown 1/2 mile. 8 minutes to SB Airport and 80/90 Toll Road.

Take a 40 min drive to historic Shipshewana IN or just sit on the porch and read a book. Whatever you choose you won’t be dissapointed.

Cute and Cozy 1 BR apartment. A lovely stay for a couple or 1 person. Covered off street parking. Close to downtown Niles and only 15 min from Notre Dame. This is an older, family friendly apartment complex. Rest assured the unit is clean and comfortable for your stay! The mattress is soft and has a 3" foam topper and we've updated the TV to a 50". Note: there no laundry amenities in the unit or complex, but close in town. Pets are negotiable. Please message if interested.
