We provide 200g of Wagyu ingredients, fruits, canned coffee, water, and charcoal for each guest, even on rainy days, you can still enjoy BBQ at the BBQ table in the gazebo. KVN is less than 800m from Sun Station.We only have two villas, covering an area of about 3000 square meters, with high privacy, each villa can accommodate up to 4 guests, away from the hustle and bustle. Here you can lie down in your bed and enjoy the magnificent view of the 100-year-old cherry blossom trees in the courtyard, one of the many giant trees in the sunshine area.Birds can be heard in the morning, kitty cruises in the courtyard, and occasional deer and monkeys in the woods. Each guest will receive a selection of cows, Mt. Fuji natural water, canned coffee and fresh fruits, and a special charcoal set for the barbecue, which can be used in the courtyard barbecue area.There is a big supermarket nearby at 500 meters, and it is easy to shop. Featuring a large terrace and a courtyard seating area, the villa features an open-air spa bath 2m in diameter, where you can look up at the stars in warm water and enjoy a unique bubble bath. All guest rooms are equipped with air conditioning, a flat-screen TV (with support for Apple TV, Netflix, YouTube, local TV switching and screen projection), a fully equipped kitchen (microwave and fridge), a comfortable sitting area, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower, high-quality bedding and towels are provided. From the villa, you can also enjoy the beauty of the snowy mountains and the beauty of the four seasons.

Nasu Royal Villa, a pet-friendly private rental villa

I updated and opened in December.It is a detached house with a large garden with a large garden of 2,000 square meters in Nasu Town.The room size is about 200 square meters.You can relax with children and pets. If you consult with us in advance, you can stay with us in addition to dogs and cats. In July, we installed new air conditioners in the two bedrooms on the second floor.You can spend a cool time even during the day. In the garden, there is a covered BBQ area (free space: BBQ stove, charcoal, mesh, tongs, disposable paper plates, chopsticks for a fee of 8,800 yen).The living room has a fireplace (wood and fireplace usage fee, fireplace cleaning fee 4,400 yen). We have 2 rooms on the 2nd floor, (3 single beds, 1 single bed + 1 queen bed), and extra bunk beds on the first floor. There is also a large parking lot (free of charge) where you can stop the camping trailer, so you can come by car for a few families. Separately, there is a separate townhouse connected to the main house and the corridor. The large living room in the main house is also available, and you can accommodate about 20 people on the futon (rental fee separately). Don't hesitate to reach out.
