Walls carry sound the way apartments do, so quiet hours start at 21:00; insulation is modest, so summers can feel warm and winters crisp — aircon and blankets are ready. If you prefer hotel-grade silence and climate control, I'll honestly say a hotel may suit you better. But if you'd like to live a few days the way this town does, you'll be very comfortable here. 👥 Who sleeps where · Bedroom 1 — two single beds + work desk · Bedroom 2 — one queen bed + work desk · Living — a sofa bed, used for the 5th and 6th guests For 5–6 guests the apartment feels snug and sociable; for 4 or fewer, it feels just right. 🌙 Why I run this place Nikko is the town I love most in the world. There is also a parking lot, making it ideal for touring with fellow bikers. Breakfast is a free loaf of freshly baked bread (home bakery).
