Loopt u het Pieterspad of bent u op fiets-toer door het mooie Limburgse heuvelland, dan is dit de uitgelezen plek om een tussenstop te maken. Ook voor het bijwonen van optredens die in zaal Volta gehouden worden, is dit adres op loopafstand. Wielerwedstrijden bijwonen in het Du Moulin park/uitrusten na een enerverende Kennedy mars deelname.

The accommodation has a private entrance, hall with toilet, living room/kitchen and on the upper floor a bedroom with a luxury bed and bathroom with shower and toilet. Fully modernized house with 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, open kitchen, living room, 38m² lounge area (2nd living room) and small basement in residential area de Baandert. Free parking in the street. Garden area with seating area and pavilion. Both living rooms and 2 bedrooms have air conditioning for cooling and heating. The house has 3 floors with 2 stairs. A maximum of 10 minutes walk to the historic city center of Sittard with many cafes and restaurants.

Our nice apartment is 10 minutes from the center of Roermond and outlet center and has all the comforts. It features a spacious bedroom with Norma box spring beds, a luxurious bathroom (including washing machine) and sunny living room with open kitchen equipped with all appliances. Also, a supermarket, bakery, eateries, pub and marina are all within a radius of 100 meters. Also suitable for business stays with a great WiFi connection.

You have the option to book our wellness separately in the afternoon, between 2 p.m. and 6.30 p.m. The cost for this is €60.
