The seaside resort of Altefähr is located on Germany's largest island of Rügen, on the Strelasund and connected almost all year round by ferry directly to the historic harbor town of Stralsund opposite. The house is part of the Sonnengarten vacation park, just two years old and with the most modern amenities. Our semi-detached house has over 80 square meters on two floors, making it the largest house type, with space for five people. Altefähr is a place for water sports, anglers, any form of active vacation - and beach.

Classic houseboat

With 57 square meters, the houseboat offers you everything your heart desires and guarantees a relaxing stay. The dining and living room with 2 wood stoves form the heart of the boat and invite you to linger and feel good. There is a bedroom with a double bed and 1 room for 4 people in double bunk beds. The sanitary facilities are typical for boats. There are also 2 terraces. The houseboat is moored in the Barther harbor, an ideal place to explore and experience the bay and the Baltic Sea.

Hafenkoje 1 (ground floor) Very cozy, new and modern equipped apartment; including in-house sauna in the romantic closed courtyard. For the use of the sauna, please have 3 x €2€ coins. It then runs for 2 hours and then switches off automatically. A highlight - large mobile outdoor kitchen. Outdoor cooking fun guaranteed! Our exceptional and very spacious apartment (180 sqm) is located in a renovated attic in the heart of the old town. It offers plenty of space for 6 adults. The open ground floor with kitchen, living area, dining area, library, guest toilet and terrace invites you to relax. The upper floor houses 3 large bedrooms, one with an ensuite bathroom, as well as 1 additional bathroom. In two of the bedrooms, a baby crib or a folding bed for older children can be set up (€10/extra bed/night).

Built in 2019, the house sits on the edge of a small vacation home area and has a large terrace. The lovingly furnished bedrooms are each equipped with a large bed, TV and dresser. In the bathroom on the upper floor there is a rain shower and a bathtub with fantastic views. The spacious dining area in the basement with fireplace invites you to relax. And in the cold season, you can relax perfectly in the sauna! Come and discover the beach and so much more!

Vacation home Lichtblick

This apartment is located on a large property in Buschenhagen, between Stralsund and Barth on the edge of the national park, one of the largest crane resting places in Europe. The vacation rental is located on the pond side of the house and can accommodate up to 2 people. Enjoy the individual atmosphere of the farm, where nature and art have found their place. By bike you can reach the Bodden in 10 minutes and the Baltic Sea is 20 minutes away by car.
