Our apartment is located 150 m from Lütten-Klein, is 56 square meters, the living room alone 30 square meters. A crib/highchair is available. The covered terrace is on the courtyard overlooking our pond - about 1.10 m deep, so PLEASE be sure to note when booking! Please supervise your children! Non-smokers! Smoking is allowed on the terrace. No animals! Due to allergies! I CANNOT change the location for the apartment, it is displayed approximately. NO BOOKING FOR ONLY ONE GUEST!!!!!!

Our beautiful apartment is a separate small apartment in our house. You have your own apartment entrance here and are therefore completely independent. When furnishing, we proceeded individually and with high quality and used little off the shelf. Free Wi-Fi, SmartTV and modern fitted kitchen are available if you don't want to go to the nearby city, the city harbor or the beach. The apartment has great transport links and is still very quietly situated.

Our central location makes us an ideal base for excursions to Bad Doberan, Kühlungsborn and Rostock. The car can be left behind, thanks to the connection to public transport. Upon arrival, a tourist tax will be charged, which is €2/person in the high season and €1/person in the low season. Fee per pet/night € 5

Beautiful furnished room in a quiet area

A nice, cozy room awaits. There you will find a bed, couch, wardrobe, TV and a small sitting area. The blanket is oversized. There is no kitchen. For small meals, appropriate dishes are available as well as a kettle, fridge and a hot plate for you. You use the bathroom with shower alone. We could rarely meet in the hallway. I can also offer you a bike. If necessary, you can check in in the morning.
