NIKA Loft is a stylishly furnished 70sqm attic apartment in the center of Rosenheim. In the core renovation 5 years ago, practically everything was renewed, except for the old roof construction, which gives the apartment a lot of charm and warmth. The apartment is located on the 1st floor of our house, has about 45m and consists of, kitchen/living room, bedroom, bathroom with shower tub, storage room, wardrobe, 2 balconies. Very quiet location surrounded by greenery, a car is recommended. Living room and bedroom are plastered with clay, this leads to a pleasant indoor climate. The apartment was completely rebuilt in 2008 and has underfloor heating. Suitable for 2 people, possibly 3, 3rd bed is a sofa bed in the living area.

Almhütte Hausberger

100 years old log cabin, which was demolished in the neighboring village in 2008 and rebuilt with us at the organic mountain farm. Special care has been taken to the use of natural building materials (reed, clay plaster, old wood). Traditional larch shingles serve as roofing. The house is heated by a large kitchen stove and a thermal solar system, the bathroom has underfloor heating. The homely small house (75 m²) served us as a residence for 10 years.
