It is the heart of the Maas-Schwalm-Nette International Nature Park. It offers a typical Lower Rhine landscape with 12 lakes, 70 km of cycling and 145 km of hiking trails. The landscape-typical, original flora and fauna can be admired in lovingly maintained natural protection facilities. Supermarket and bakery in walking distance. The highway 61 can be reached in about 8 km. Kaldenkirchen train station 7 is about km away. You can enjoy your stay with us in a cozy 2-room apartment overlooking Lake Venekotensee. The surrounding area invites you to numerous hiking or cycling tours. The nice restaurant getaway is only 100 m away. There is also another good restaurant at the tennis club in Venekoten, Mevis Breakpoint.
