Historical Water Tower Montabaur

Built in 1879, the listed water tower in Montabaur offers a special and cosy ambience. In a prime location in Montabaur, between the ICE train station and the old town, pretty much everything the city has to offer is within walking distance. The tower is historically preserved, but still offers many modern amenities. Around 1990, it was completely renovated and converted into living space. In 2023 it was renovated with a new bathroom. Badewanne,Daybed, 2PersSchneckendusche und Echtholzkamin lassen keine Wünsche offen. Im Sommer kann ein 5x4Meter Tor geöffnet werden welches den unteren Loftbereich zum Cabrio macht. Sehr schöne helle 2 Zimmer Wohnung mit separater Küche und Bad. Sie wohnen auf 50qm im Dachgeschoss direkt am Lahnwanderweg. Sie blicken über die Stadt Diez. Sie schlafen auf einem 160x200cm Bett. Parken vorm Haus (bzw. im Hof) ohne Kosten. In wenigen Minuten erreichen sie Einkaufzentrum, Bäcker, Metzger etc. 10 Minuten von der Diezer Innen- und Altstadt und der Lahn. Nach Limburg fahren sie 10 - 15 Minuten. Dort gibt es einen Dom und ebenso eine historische Altstadt.
