Only 5 km from Aschaffenburg on the foothills of the Spessart I offer a modern and sunny 2.5 room apartment with own entrance. It has morning sun on the roof terrace with a distant view and a balcony. 1.60 m bed, bathtub, TV, WiFi and kitchenette. Two friendly cats live here too. 15 minutes to the A3 and A45, but right in nature to relax. You can reach a 24-hour shop and restaurant within walking distance, and a 5-minute walk to the bus to Aschaffenburg HBF. I am looking forward to your visit !

Unsere 100 qm große Nichtraucher - Wohnung erstreckt sich über zwei Etagen: überdachte Terrasse, offene Küche im Wohnbereich, WC, Schlafzimmer, Bad mit Dusche. Frankfurt ist 12 Km entfernt. Mit einer Regionalbahn sind es nur 30 Min. zum Hauptbahnhof/Messe. Parkplatz vorhanden. Supermärkte, Bäckerei, Apotheke, Bank sowie Post fußläufig erreichbar. Behindertenfreundlich, bis auf drei Eingangsstufen.

Ein Balkon ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Die Betten lassen sich zusamenstellen. Die Wohnung im privaten Wohnhaus, das von den Eigentümern bewohnt wird befindet circa 20 km entfernt von Frankfurt/Main. Sie befindet sich im ersten OG. Die Großstadt ist gut zu erreichen mit Bus u. Bahn. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig zu erreichen.

Nice 80qm flat at the ground floor, completely new built in 2018, with Sauna, backyard, fire place, bathroom with bathtube and big shower and completely equipped Kitchen. Very central, 2 min. to subway, 5 min. to all restaurants/ shopping centers and the lovely historic city of Oberursel, 10 min. along the Urselbach(little creek) to the swimming hall . Frankfurt/M. 10 min. by car or 20 min. by subway. Oberursel is directly located at the Großer Feldberg with lots of excursion possibilities.

Cosy, well-equipped apartment near Frankfurt

Our self-contained, fully equipped and bright 45 sqm apartment is located in our home in a beautiful, quiet residential area next to the forest. The living-room looks out onto the garden and a small terrace. Frankfurt city centre by car is about 15 min. (off-peak), the closest public transportation station a 15 min. walk (down/up a fairly steep hill) (there's a bus, but it doesn't run on Saturdays after 3 p.m. and on Sundays). 2-4 people. Families with children very welcome.

Die Wohnung ist barrierefrei und auch Dein Hund darf mit. Du brauchst 15 Minuten zur Frankfurter Messe (direkte S-Bahn Verbindung) und 20 Minuten in die Innenstadt Ffm. Die Vilco und die Vilbeler Innenstadt sind in 5-10 Minuten zu Fuss zu erreichen. Es gibt einen eigenen Parkplatz.
