Willkommen im Airbnb am Rande von Mainz! Die 21qm Einliegerwohnung nahe Feld, Wald und Wiese ist ideal für Einzelpersonen oder Paare. Zur Verfügung steht ein offener Raum ausgestattet mit einem Bett für zwei, einem Kleiderschrank und einem Esstisch (ohne Küche); ebenfalls ein Badezimmer, das alles bietet, was benötigt wird. Du kannst hier arbeiten (W-Lan vorhanden) oder deine Freizeit verbringen. Parkplätze sind kostenfrei und der Checkin ist nach 16 Uhr flexibel. Angenehmen Aufenthalt ☺️

Ich begrüße Euch ganz herzlich in Nieder-Olm. Nieder-Olm liegt direkt südlich von Mainz im imposanten Weinanbaugebiet Rheinhessen und somit sehr gut gelegen in der Rhein-Main-Region. Zum Hauptbahnhof in Mainz sind es ca. 15 Minuten mit dem PKW oder ca. 25 Minuten mit dem Bus oder der Bahn. Die nächstgelegene Bushaltestelle (Nieder-Olm Selztalcenter) ist nur wenige Minuten von Eurem Appartement entfernt. Zum Flughafen Frankfurt sind es etwa 35 Minuten Fahrt mit dem PKW, zum ZDF nur knapp 10 km.

Our apartment is located in the quiet forest area of Mainz-Gonsenheim. The apartment (26 sqm) has a modern shower bath, a small kitchen with stove/oven and is equipped with WIFI, TV and Bluetooth Hifi. Good public transport to Mainz city (25 min) and university (20 min). The forest near and invites you to jog and relax. Supermarket, cafes and restaurants within walking distance. Free parking in front of the house. Long term renters are welcome! Rent is discounted staggered at 1 week/4weeks.

Unser Scheunen-Apartment mit tollen Betten aus Urgroßmutters Zeiten ist mit einer gemütlichen Sitzecke, 2 TV und WLAN ausgestattet. Im Schlafzimmer können 3 Personen nächtigen, zusätzlich 4 Gäste im Wohnraum. (Doppelbett 2x2m und Ausziehcouch 120x200). Die Küche lädt zum Kochen ein. Im Bad sind Dusche, WC u. Waschbecken. Das Apartment hat einen eigenen Eingang. Man wohnt für sich allein sehr ruhig in der Scheune direkt am Garten. Unsere Wallbox im Hof sorgt für größten Tankkomfort des E-Autos.

Helle, neuwertige 1-Zimmer-Wohnung (Nichtraucher!) begrüßt ihre Gäste mit viel Komfort. Der Hauptraum verfügt über eine Sitzecke, einen Essplatz, einen Arbeitsplatz und ein 140cm breites Bett. Eine kleine, komplett eingerichtete Küche mit Backofen und Spüler lädt zum Kochen ein. Das Bad ist ebenso wie die ganze Wohnung komplett neu und modern gestaltet. Parken (m. 22kW Wallbox) vor dem Haus ist unkompliziert möglich und dank des ebenerdigen Zugangs ist die komplette Wohnung barrierearm.

Lehne dich zurück und entspanne im kleinen Weindorf Harxheim. Unsere 2-Zimmer-Wohnung ist sehr ruhig gelegen und befindet sich im Kellergeschoss eines Einfamilienhauses. Das Zentrum von Mainz ist ca. 10km entfernt. Die Wohnung besteht aus einer voll ausgestatteten Küche, einem kleinen Badezimmer, einem Wohnzimmer mit Essbereich sowie einem Schlafzimmer. Sie wurde Anfang 2024 renoviert und komplett neu eingerichtet. Haustiere sind nach Rücksprache und anschließender Bestätigung erlaubt.

Die Wohnung ist Bestandteil unseres Einfamilienhauses, hat einen separaten Eingang und einen eigenen PKW Stellplatz direkt am Haus. Unsere Souterrainwohnung haben wir 2020 renoviert und mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail neu eingerichtet. Unsere Wohnung ist eine Nichtraucherwohnung, Haustiere sind nicht gestattet.

The apartment consists of a well-equipped kitchen, a living room with dining area, a bedroom and a daylight bathroom. Smoking is possible in partially covered outdoor area. In the courtyard there is a seating area and a gas grill for cozy evenings available. The nearest city Mainz is only 10 km away and easily accessible with the city bus connection.
