Only 5 km from Aschaffenburg on the foothills of the Spessart I offer a modern and sunny 2.5 room apartment with own entrance. It has morning sun on the roof terrace with a distant view and a balcony. 1.60 m bed, bathtub, TV, WiFi and kitchenette. Two friendly cats live here too. 15 minutes to the A3 and A45, but right in nature to relax. You can reach a 24-hour shop and restaurant within walking distance, and a 5-minute walk to the bus to Aschaffenburg HBF. I am looking forward to your visit !

From the cowshed to the dream house! A unique living experience on 260sqm. Loft feeling with plenty of space to cook and have fun for young and old. In bad weather, you can make yourself comfortable in front of the fireplace or enjoy game evenings at the large dining table with friends. The cozy apartment (45 square meters) was renovated in 2024 and can be reached in 5 minutes from the A45 highway connection! Located in the basement of our house, it has a fully equipped kitchen-living room (one sleeping space) with TV and daylight bathroom with bathtub and washing machine. The separate bedroom with single bed and sofa bed (140 × 200 cm) offers additional sleeping space for up to two adults. Our house is located in a quiet residential area. REWE is a 2-minute walk away.

A two-story building is surrounded by lush greenery, with blooming flowers visible at the base. A small balcony is located on the upper floor, accessed by large windows. The facade features a combination of white walls and a dark, sloped roof.

Vergiss deinen Alltag - in dieser geräumigen und ruhigen Unterkunft. Die Wohnung liegt in einer kleinen Stichstrasse in Bad Vilbel /Frankfurt. Du bist in 7 Gehminuten an der S-Bahn. Die Wohnung ist barrierefrei und auch Dein Hund darf mit. Du brauchst 15 Minuten zur Frankfurter Messe (direkte S-Bahn Verbindung) und 20 Minuten in die Innenstadt Ffm. Die Vilco und die Vilbeler Innenstadt sind in 5-10 Minuten zu Fuss zu erreichen. Es gibt einen eigenen Parkplatz.
