Although in the heart of picturesque and vibrant Old Nice, the apartment is located on a lively street Other things to note The apartment is located on the 5th and top floor and the last part of the staircase is a little tight. Be careful, the stairs can be scary, but the apartment is worth a little effort.

Magnificent 3 room apartment entirely renovated on the sea front. You will be conquered by the situation of the flat "feet in the water". The building was built on the hill of the castle, so you will be 1 minute away from the old nice and its magnificent daily market. Enjoy this fabulous accommodation by the sea. It is fully equipped for families, has a private parking space, a south-facing terrace with a view, air conditioning, mosquito nets. It is in a quiet location, set back from the road. Two of the bedrooms overlook gardens, perfect for waking up to the sound of birdsong. Ideally located less than 5 minutes from the beach of the reserve and about ten minutes from the tram.
