Welcome home to our delightful 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath, 2-story townhouse! Each bedroom has a queen bed. Both are located on the second story as well as the full bath. Living room, dine-in kitchen, laundry room, & half bath are located on the first floor. AC is provided on the first floor and in both bedrooms. Cable & internet provided. Sorry, pets are not allowed. No smoking/vaping. This listing is located in a quiet residential neighborhood that is close to downtown Napoleon and the Maumee River!

The Granary is a unique and spacious home. Set on a small farm, it was converted from barn to cottage in the late 1990's. Pets are allowed (for fee) and our dog and cats may stop by to visit. Great for families visiting home, or looking for a place to get away. Great for travelers visiting the Gilboa Quarry. Tranquil lake living! The Water’s Edge is a great way to enjoy the lake. It is right on the water with kayaks, stand up paddle boards, and a canoe to venture out with. The hot tub accommodates 6 people. The sunroom has beautiful views as well as a couple of beds that can be used if the weather is nice. There is nothing better than falling asleep to lake sounds and a pleasant breeze! Please no college partyers.
