A spacious ground floor suite. Watch fiery sun sets & brown eyed cows walking past to drink. Enjoy outdoor & indoor dining. A super king bed allows for space and a good nights rest with a luxurious en-suite shower to invigorate. Peaceful location but not far from local town. Small but well equipped kitchen with essentials provided. If you need us we are on site but otherwise will leave you in peace to enjoy your stay. If the Cow Shed is full then look up the Hay Loft. Northcourt Farm is situated in a valley on the edge of chalk down land, surrounded by pastureland and Grade II Listed Parkland, because of its historic link to Northcourt Manor (privately owned). It's home to our horses, dogs and occasionally some sheep. There are just two dwellings on the farm, our farmhouse cottage and The Barn Flat. The Barn Flat would appeal to walkers and cyclists, having access to the Tennyson Trail, with several paths/bridleways running across our farmland.

We think our place is really special. In the centre of Cowes with everything on the doorstep makes it convenient and so easy with everything walkable. We love being part of the atmosphere of the world famous Cowes. We have two bedrooms, one with a lovely big cosy super king the other is a double with a single bunk above it. The fully equipped kitchen is modern and equipped with everything you need along with the furnished living / dining room with TV and fast internet access.
