Stroll down Park Ave to enjoy some ice cream and burgers at Schultzy's or a lobster roll from Flo's Clam Shack (seasonal) while you take in the ocean views. Head to Bristol or Newport, relax at one of the local vineyards and breweries, or enjoy a day on the golf course. Our cottage is also conveniently located near wedding venues & colleges.

Most guests leave car and walk or shuttle everywhere. Close to the action, but without the noise. 1 Queen and 1 queen sofa bed. Courtyard. Parking is not provided. Guest parking pass provided with stays over 6 nights. Unreported guests or pets will be charged accordingly.

Sun- filled private suite , The living room has a sofa bed, the large room has a king-size bed, and the small room has twin bed. New bathroom. new kitchen. No local channels, tv works with your phone connected and free Hulu , Disney + channels. cooking kitchen, has Pots like kitchenware . Will not disturb the company. Quiet and perfect for couples and families.

Lovely private setting near beach

A five minute drive to downtown Newport, and a few minutes walk to Sachuest Beach, this above-garage guesthouse is detached from the main residence with its own private entrance. There is a large living area and a kitchenette, bedroom and bathroom. The living room sofa converts to a bed, so the property is ideal for 2 people, however, the sleep sofa can accommodate 2 more. There is no extra charge for children under the age of 18. We are dog friendly.
