Welcome to Camp S’mores- this revitalized luxury A-frame has all the modern amenities you need for your Finger Lakes adventure. We just brought new life into this house from top to bottom. The home features three bedrooms and a Murphy bed in the game room on the lower level. EV charger. Our guest house is located on a dead-end road five minutes from the town of Newark Valley and only 30 minutes from Binghamton, Cortland, and Ithaca Included is a kitchen with open common area, two bedrooms, full bath and washer/dryer within living area. A farm setting is viewable from the common area and attached deck. There is a 2 acre pond and miles of scenic trails spread over 250+ acres, with sights as far as Pennsylvania!
