Cozy Ranch House

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located property. Only 10 minutes to Ithaca to find Cayuga Lake and an abundance of waterfalls and restaurants, 20 to Cornell University, 20 to Watkins Glen where there is a lake, waterfalls, boating, and restaurants. A short drive to wineries between the lakes. 20 minutes to Horseheads, 30 to Elmira, and 35 to Corning. This is a very comfortable two bedroom house with a spacious yard, porch, carport, and fire pit to make you feel at home while away!

The Stonehouse at Treman State Park

The c.1822-24 stone house located at 4 Stonehouse Road is a rare, five-bay center hall house, built entirely from field stone. Many of its original features like fireplace surrounds, doors, hardware, and window surrounds are intact, or fully restored.
