You will stay in a cozy apartment near Trier! On a generous 50 m², a fully equipped accommodation with all the comforts awaits you. You can enjoy relaxing hours on the terrace and experience the picturesque natural surroundings. In about 15 minutes you are at the city bus in the city of Trier - the oldest city in Germany, while the highway connection is ideal for commuting to Luxembourg. At the same time, you have a perfect starting point for exploring the region.

Our apartement is located in Butzweiler near Trier in a quiet area with direct access to public transport. The bus stop is within two minutes walking distance. By car, you can reach Trier in 15 minutes. The motorway junction can be reached within 5 minutes. Butzweiler is close to the border with Luxembourg. Hiking trails start directly in Butzweiler and lead you through a historical and dreamlike nature. The premium hiking trail Römerpfad is an absolute highlight.

The apartment on the granary of the former mill estate Georgsmühle is located in the Südeifel Nature Park on the outskirts of Ralingen on the Sauer, in the immediate vicinity of the Luxembourg border town of Rosport. In the Sauertal, uniquely and beautifully located, you can enjoy many leisure activities. Hikers, anglers, mountain bikers and other recreation seekers are very welcome here.

From December to the end of February, the houseboat is located in the harbor basin, as shown in the first two pictures. Unique accommodation on the Moselle. The houseboat is located on the outer quay, with a direct view of the water. Spoiled by the sun all day. It has a double bedroom, bathroom with shower, kitchen-living room and terrace. On the roof there is another sun terrace.
