Exam preparations are possible without problems, as it is very quiet with us. Training centers are nearby: occupational therapy, hearing aid acousticians about 5 min.University 15 min. In the living room, there is a nostalgic stucco ceiling. The whole house has (partly renovated old) wooden floors. The paintings on display are for sale.

The location is very quiet. Ideal starting point to explore the beautiful town of Deidesheim and the surrounding vineyards. No pets are allowed in our holiday apartment!

The approx. 30 sqm apartment has been renovated with ecological building materials. The walls are plastered with clay and the floor was laid with wooden planks, creating a cozy atmosphere. In the apartment there is a fully equipped kitchenette with a two-burner stove, a fridge and a coffee maker. The two rooms are separated by a passageway.
