Die FrankenFeWo liegt zentral im Naturpark Frankenhöhe in Neusitz, ca. 2 km von der mittelalterlichen Reichsstadt Rothenburg o. d. T. entfernt. Die beiden Ferienwohnungen wurden 2017 vollständig renoviert, neu und modern eingerichtet, mit Grillplatz im Garten. Check-In nach 21:00 Uhr durch Schlüsselsafe jederzeit möglich. Newly renovated and furnished basement holiday apartment. Only 3 km to the beautiful tourist town, Rothenburg o.d.T. You can expect a large bedroom/living room, with a huge, massive new self-designed beam bed, 2 sofa beds, 55 inch TV, free WiFi, new bathroom with bathtub, kitchen with (washing machine and dryer for 5 euros each), use of the terrace. Several parking spaces on the property. Anyone who wants it to be pleasantly cool even in summer will be happy here.

The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." In the morning sun in front of the sacristy, on the church wall in the afternoon or in the evening under fruit trees. At the moment there is a construction site behind the house, so there may be construction noise.

A former attic in a charming old building was converted into a studio with attention to detail in 2016. There is hardly anything in it that can be bought like this. A small roof exit overlooks the rooftops of Nuremberg. In the cozy and unique room you feel right at home and can enjoy the tranquility. Centrally located yet very quiet, the center of Nuremberg can be reached in 10 minutes by U-Bahn [subway].
