Enjoy your time out in this beautiful and cozy apartment with stunning views of the Grünten and the Allgäu mountains. The apartment is very quietly located, in the middle of the Upper Allgäu, with many ski resorts, cross-country ski trails, hiking trails, swimming lakes, racing bike routes and mountain bike trails at your doorstep. The apartment has underfloor heating, fast Wi-Fi, a sofa bed, is spacious with state-of-the-art amenities and parking. Pretzel and roll delivery on request.

Two modernly furnished rooms in an architect's house for up to two guests in rural Walzenhausen with separate entrance and an ensuite bathroom. The view over Lake Constance and the ambience make a relaxing stay possible. A kitchenette is available with a microwave, fridge, coffee machine and a kettle. Beautiful cosy small holiday apartment 35 sqm in a really quiet location at the western gate to the Allgäu. Suitable for two persons, if desired also with extra bed, you can spend nice days here in a cosy apartment. There is also a garden with garden furniture, parasol etc. available. In the middle of a beautiful hiking area or rather by bike? A lake in 5 minutes, Lake Constance is only 20 minutes or the Alps about 40 minutes - all within easy reach!

Room to dream

The cozy apartment consists of a large room on the first floor, with an adjoining bathroom and an upper floor with two bedrooms. It is located in the lovingly renovated former stable building of our farmhouse. This is located in a rural but local part of Tettnang about 8 km from Lake Constance. The apartment combines the charm of former rural use with modern amenities. The fireplace offers a special ambience, especially in the cold season.

Idyllic guest room with sauna/Allgäu, Lake Constance

The guest apartment overlooking the adjacent FFH area is located in our house in a separate area (soundproofing door) with separate entrance. You can enter the apartment at any time by code and lock it with the code. The room and bathroom have underfloor heating or cooling in summer. A baby bed (120x60 cm) and a high chair are available on request. The sauna can be booked (€25 for a slot, about 3-4 hours incl. Sauna towels).

Schwatzenmühle

Our newly renovated apartment in the Schwatzenmühle can be a cosy temporary home for both families and individual travellers. Located in the middle of the Dreiländerck, on the eastern shore of Lake Constance, you can quickly reach the island town of Lindau, 5 km away. Also not far are the Allgäu mountains with breathtaking nature idyll, hiking trails and ski slopes for all ages.

Apartment in the countryside

Take a break and relax in this peaceful oasis near Lake Constance between Wangen and Lindau. By car, you can reach the beautiful, medieval town of Wangen in 10 minutes and by bike on idyllic bike paths in 30 minutes. Start directly from the house on the Bodensee-Königsseeradweg and you can reach Lindau in about 40 minutes by bike.
