The accommodation is high up, offering a nice view, ideally located between Parc de la Citadelle 150 meters away and Parc de l'Orangerie 15 minutes' walk away. Less than 5 minutes from the apartment you will find a supermarket, grocery stores, tobacco shop, pharmacy, restaurants (fast food as well as a themed restaurant). Free parking is available at the foot of the building. The neighborhood is safe and busy.

The bathroom is spacious and equipped with a toilet, sink and walk-in shower. The property has a fully equipped kitchen with dining area. Here, too, there is a smart TV. The large terrace invites you to linger. A parking place is available.
