Entirely renovated by architect, big loft 35 m² in perfect place: 2 min. to LANDSBERG tram station (C, D, E). Very calm. Everything you need: full kitchen (fridge, microwave, kettle, Nespresso, toaster, oven, cooking plates, high table with stools, dining table...), sleeping area (double bed, desk for working), living room area (sofa- bed 2p, TV, wifi), dressing (mirror, hangers, iron), bathroom (shower, sink, washing machine, dryer, towel rack), WC with sink. 3rd floor, nice stairs, no lift.

Charming studio in Strasbourg.

Charming quiet and peaceful studio, close to various shops and the city center with direct access to the tram station (line C) The tram station is only 5 min walk from the accommodation. The tram will take you directly to Place Broglie or starts the Christmas Market and continues on our beautiful cathedral. It will be nice to cross this beautiful Neudorf area to get to Place de l 'étoile with its shopping center "Rive Etoile", its media library and its many bars and restaurants.

A tastefully furnished living space features high wooden beams and a mix of traditional and modern decor. A comfortable sofa and two chairs are arranged around a decorative table, with a warm light illuminating the room. Large windows are adorned with sheer curtains, allowing natural light to flow in.

Charming apartment

You will be welcomed by Jean-François and Hervé in a beautiful half-timbered house, dating from the 19th century, located in a quiet residential area, close to the "Rive Etoile" shopping center. The property is about a 20-minute walk from the cathedral and Christmas markets. The three tram lines directly serve the Central Station, the European Parliament, the Palais de la Musique et des Congrès and the Opera. The apartment, on the 2nd floor, is completely independent.

Come and discover Strasbourg from my cozy studio in the heart of the Neudorf district. It is located in the courtyard of a very quiet condominium. You will stay in a 33 m2 apartment decorated in industrial style. It is located in the Neudorf district, very lively and benefiting from all the local shops, namely, bakery, restaurants, shops, banks and pharmacy. The historic center of Strasbourg and its cathedral are about 15/20 minutes' walk from the property.

The bedroom features a spacious bed covered with a patterned blanket and a rolled towel. Flanking the bed, two nightstands hold small lamps. A closet and a shelving unit are present, while three framed landscape images adorn the wall above the bed, and natural light filters through a window with yellow curtains.

Pourquoi choisir ce logement ? Vous habiterez dans un quartier à l’esprit village avec boulangerie, petits cafés, marchés etc. Les sites touristiques sont accessibles en quelques arrêts de tram. Le logement fait 69m2 et vous aimerez sa fonctionnalité. Vous aurez à disposition 3 chambres avec lit double, une cuisine équipée avec coin repas, La salle d eau possède une machine à laver et les wc sont séparés. Pour les fumeurs, un balcon sera pratique !

A 15 min walk to the city center of Strasbourg, this 75 m2 apartment is located at the gates of 3 tram lines (D, C, E), the covered market square of Neudorf and the border with Germany (10 min by car or tram), 2 min from a good bakery, a wine shop... Freshly renovated, it offers a peaceful stay on the ground floor of a character house, inhabited by its owner on the upper floors. A very cuddly cat is present in the building.
