Das kleine Haus befindet sich an der Kreisstraße zwischen Neudietendorf und Erfurt. Die Inneneinrichtung ist neu und wurde mit viel Liebe gestaltet. Die Möbel sind aus Bauholz und strahlen einen besonderen Charme aus. Schlafzimmer & Bad zeigen nach Süden, Wohnzimmer mit franz. Balkon nach Norden. Das gesamte Haus wird mit einem Pelletofen in der Küche beheizt (Gastgeber übernimmt tägliche Wartung in Absprache). Die Anreise (z.B. für Geschäftsreisende) ist in Absprache zu jeder Tageszeit möglich.

Die Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss eines denkmalgeschützten ehemaligen Pfarrhauses von 1819,das 2023/2024 grundlegend saniert wurde. Der Charme des alten Hauses mit Stall, Hof und Garten ist erhalten geblieben. Thörey liegt am Stadtrand von Erfurt, in unmittelbarer Nähe zur A4 und A71 , in sehr ruhiger Lage. Neben dem Thüringer Wald und vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten sind auch Gotha, Eisenach und Weimar gut erreichbar. Für Mitarbeitende im Gewerbegebiete bieten sich Langzeitaufenthalte an.

Eine Privatsphäre für einen Gast oder eine Reisegruppe Max. 2 Leute Es gibt immer extra eine mobile Herdplatte, Handtücher, Shampoo, Zahnpasta, Duschgel, Haartrockner, Kaffe, Tee usw. für Gäste. Die Straßenbahnstelle (Linie 4 ) sind nur 1-2 Minuten von meiner Wohnung zu Fuß entfernt. Alternativ kann man zum Hauptbahnhof in 10 Minuten und zur Innenstadt (Anger) nur in 2-3 Minuten zu Fuß laufen.

Die ruhige Lage am Fluss Gera am Rande des Steigerwalds in Verbindung mit der Nähe zur Stadt und der guten Verkehrsanbindung bietet einen idealen Ausgangspunkt für Besuche in Erfurt und Umgebung, sowie für Wanderungen und Radtouren. Der Gera-Radweg führt direkt am Haus entlang. Geschäftsreisende finden ruhige und erholsame Nächte sowie kostenfreie Parkplätze.
