Die Wohnung befindet sich genau in der Mitte von Neuburg. Man erreicht alle wichtigen Punkte innerhalb von wenigen Minuten zu Fuß. Auch vom Bahnhof ist sie nur 10 min Fußweg entfernt. Die Wohnung bietet sehr viel Raum und ermöglicht es einem, sich wie zu Hause zu fühlen und auch etwas auszubreiten. Die Wohnung verfügt über alle Elementaren Dinge, wie Küche mit Kühlschrank, Waschmaschine, Trockner, Geschirr und es werden auch Handtücher bereitgestellt. Wir freuen uns auf euch!

Not far from the Romantic street, you will stay with us very quietly on a former farm on the outskirts. The newly renovated apartment is on the ground floor with access to a large terrace and garden. It has 2 bedrooms, each with a workspace, a living area with cozy couch (sleeping function), a large Dining table, fully equipped kitchen and modern bathroom with walk-in shower. In the adjacent large orchard there is a party hut with a campfire ring.

Our small vacation home is located in the middle of our horse farm on which we also live ourselves. Here you can live idyllically in nature and still be conveniently located. Quiet walking paths directly from the farm invite you to stroll through nature. The proximity to Augsburg and Munich (each approx. 30 minutes by car) is ideal for city tours. The small cottage has a small kitchen and a bathroom with sauna. A car is an advantage.

Located on the second floor on the southern side of the valley, the apartment sits over the rooftops of the historic west suburb. In front of the historic Jura, the Kapellbach spring ripples, where plenty of rainbow trout flocks in the fresh spring water. Alteichstätter refer to the Kapellbuck-Idyll as Kleinvenedig des Altmühltal. Cafes, restaurants, public parking and the island bath are very close by.
