Charming house 40 km from the Baltic Sea

In addition to an old rectory, we have developed a small ancillary building individually for ourselves, for friends and guests. Some things are modern, others still have the charm of times gone by. Many things seem to us to be coherent, some are still in the process of becoming. Nix is standard. What is not yet considered by us and makes sense for guests, can usually be supplemented quickly. The cottage is surrounded by a natural garden at the edge of the field, so it is located in a small, agriculturally active village.

Newly renovated and equipped : Many friends have space here: formerly expanded stable building with 11 rooms, including 8 double rooms and 3 single beds, 4 showertoilets in the hallway. 1 double bedroom has its own shower room. Large kitchen-living room/lounge. If another space is needed, e.g. for partying/for seminars/for yoga classes, etc., this can also be rented. They are located on the grounds of the Gutshaus Neu Gaarz, in the middle of the Mecklenburg Lake District. Goods are at a distance of about 12 km.

If you want to spend your vacation in the countryside, you've come to the right place. On 4000 square meters you will find peace and relaxation and numerous seating options. For the little ones, a trampoline, a table tennis table, a digging box and a play tower are available. Our pets (ducks, rabbits, guinea pigs, cats and a dog) are waiting for loving caresses. Our small guest house can accommodate four sleeping units.

An warmen Tagen können Sie auf der großen überdachten Terrasse direkt am Ferienhaus frühstücken oder am Abend grillen.
