The apartment has one bedroom, a guest room for 2 additional guests, a large bathroom with a tub, a guest toilet with a shower, a living/dining room (with a wood-burning stove) and a southwest-facing balcony. You can grill and enjoy the sun on the large southeast-facing terrace. The kitchen is comfortably furnished.

The holiday apartment is located directly in the forest and with hiking trails, lakes and rivers a lot of variety is offered. Restaurants, bakeries and supermarkets can be reached in 3 minutes. It is a 12-minute drive to the highway and the center of the university city of Siegen.

Our 30 sqm apartment is newly renovated and is located on the second floor of an old half-timbered house - located in a quiet cul-de-sac, with excellent transport connections. Amenities: bathroom with shower, single kitchen (without oven) TV, Wi-Fi, double bed (2P) & sofa bed (1P) A travel cot + high chair are available for small guests. Within walking distance: gas stations, discount stores, restaurants and the historic Siegen Old Town. Free parking is available in side streets

Fußbodenheizung in allen Räumen, ein großzügiger Wohn- und Essbereich mit Pelletofen, 77-Zoll-Smart-TV und großer Tafel, eine voll ausgestattete Küche, drei Parkplätze und eine E-Ladesäule runden das Angebot ab.

Two bedrooms with box-spring beds and a sofa bed can accommodate up to 6 people. The fully equipped kitchen, a stylish bathroom with shower and two balconies create a cozy atmosphere. Wi-Fi, Netflix and Waipu TV are included. An underground parking space is also at your disposal – for an all-round carefree stay.

House in a rural area

The place offers plenty of room for the whole family. Located directly on the Rothaarsteig, you can make wonderful excursions on foot or by bike. If you want to go for a short walk in the evening, the nearby Tretbecken invites you to linger. The house, located on the outskirts of Hilchenbach-Grund, is surrounded by meadows and forests. In the immediate vicinity is a small horse stable. There is a ski slope and a toboggan run in the neighboring village.

Cozy mobile home in nature

Relax in this special and quiet space. In our small mobile home, you have your peace and seclusion. It is located near our farm, the bathroom is on the courtyard grounds (about 80m away). We offer 3 parking spaces for overnight stays with a motorhome. If campers are there, they will also use the bathroom. Only for guests who love nature and a camping atmosphere! Feel free to bring your dog and/or horse. The open stable is next door.

Walnut cottage on the Listerhof

Our "walnut hut" is located near the Listertalsperre on our property at a small pond. The cottage is newly renovated in 2021 and can be lived in all year round. Nature lovers will find numerous hiking trails, sports enthusiasts offers such as horseback riding at the in-house riding facility, water sports at the Listertalsperre, climbing or skiing.
