The duplex has two rental studios one on top of the other, with a laundry room basement. Amazing up-close views of sand and surf including the Three Arch Rocks from every floor. Just stroll to the beach and restaurant and downtown in only a few minutes. Each unite offers a full kitchen, bath, propane fireplace, and private decks.

The cottage has 600 square feet with one bedroom with a queen bed, a living room with a double futon. The living room has a view of Netarts Bay and the Pacific Ocean. The kitchen is fully equipped and has modern appliances, Kuerig coffeemaker, complimentary " K- Cups" (coffee), washer&dryer.
