In the middle of the village, a few hundred meters from the Liliomkert market, bordered by forest and stream, is our cozy little estate. Large common space downstairs, 4 bedrooms upstairs, fireplace, garden, fireplace, covered pergola, scents and bird chirping await in all quantities. The nearest beach is 6 km away. There are many sights, beaches, and hiking opportunities in the area. Thanks to the fridge- heated air conditioning and electric heaters, you can enjoy the magnificent panoramic view in winter or the many sights in the area. We look forward to hearing from you!

Perfect workation place: internet, smart TV, desk, air conditioning, restaurants. Villa built in 1904. Nostalgic interior from the age of the monarchy to modern and contemporary. The promenade can be reached with a 2-minute walk and the beach in 8 minutes. The studio apartment is suitable for 4 people (2 for longer rental), with a double bed, sofa (bed), fully equipped kitchen w/dishwasher, wardrobe, tv, AC, WiFi, washing machine and a large balcony w/mosquito net and motorized blinds.

It was recently renovated in a rustic but modern way - a wide double bed, spacious bathroom, well equipped kitchen, a huge patio and AC is there for your comfort. Just watch in the evening as the sunset paints golden the tabletop mountains of the Tapolca Valley. Lake Balaton is a 10 minutes scenic drive and there are plenty of options nearby for excursions and other activities.
