Hier finden Sie Ruhe und Entspannung in der Natur, aber auch zahlreiche Freizeitmöglichkeiten, Wander-, Radwege und Angelmöglichkeiten liegen direkt vor der Haustür. Komfortable helle Ferienwohnung 3*** DTV, (80m²) im Dachgeschoss mit Gartensitzplatz und Grill. Direkt an Kyll- und Waldrand gelegen ohne Durchgangsverkehr. Die Wohnung ist über das Treppenhaus von außen direkt erreichbar, hat einen Stellplatz, Unterstellmöglichkeit für Fahrräder oder Motorräder. Für Informationen und Auskünfte sind wir vor Ort erreichbar und helfen gerne bei der Planung von Wanderungen und Ausflügen. Freibad in Kyllburg; Freizeiterlebnisbad Cascade und Führungen in der Bitburger Brauerei; 18-Loch-Golfanlage in Burbach Während der Fischereisaison von 15. März bis 15. Oktober können Angler mit einem gültigen Bundesfischreischein Angelscheine für die Kyll beim Gastgeber erwerben. Eine Sehenswürdigkeit ist die Zisterzienserinnenabtei St. Thomas, heute ein Exerzitienhaus des Bistums Trier.

Ferienwohnung Alte Schule

Sie übernachten in der ehemaligen Schule des kleinen Eifeldorfes Seinsfeld. Der zuvor genutzte Schulsaal wurde in eine gemütliche und liebevoll ausgestattete Ferienwohnung für bis zu vier Personen umgebaut. In der Wohnung befindet sich ein Holzkaminofen, der ausschließlich in den kalten Monaten genutzt werden kann. Die Wiese des ehemaligen Schulhofes steht Ihnen zur Nutzung zur Verfügung. In unmittelbarer Nähe zur Unterkunft gibt es zahlreiche Möglichkeiten für ausgiebige Wander-und Radtouren.

Genieße das originelle Flair im liebevoll restaurierten Fachwerkhaus. Tolle Lage mit Sonnenterrasse an der Ahrquelle, See und diversen Restaurants. Jakobsweg, Eifelsteig und Ahrradweg kreuzen hier. Sie haben den gesamten oberen Teil des Hauses für sich allein! Die Wohnung ist nicht abschließbar da Notausgang. Fast alle Gäste sind extrem zufrieden! Nicht gut geeignet für Allergiker, bei körperlichen Einschränkung und akustischer Sensibilität (Glocken). Wir freuen uns auf Ihren Besuch!

Living in nature with a magnificent view

Relaxing in nature with a magnificent view over the landscape of the "Vulkaneifel". The center of Gerolstein with its possibilities for shopping and dining can be reached in a distance less than 5 km. From the rail way station points of interests are readily accessable. The famous hiking trail "Eifelsteig" can be reached adjacent by just going outside to the forest. The magic celtic fortress "Dietzenley" is close by and the unbeleavable large spruce tree "Königsfichte" should not be missed.

Ruhige Ferienwohnung in der idyllischen Eifel

Die Ferienwohnungen ist über eine kleine Schwelle von ca. 5cm zu begehen und verfügt über einen eigenen Eingang. Direkt davor, befinden sich zwei Parkplätze, eine kleine Terrasse mit Picknicktisch und eine Rasenfläche welche zur freien Verfügung stehen. Die WiFi Verbindung ist durch einen Verstärker aufgerüstet worden und funktioniert sehr gut. Ein Kugelgrill steht zur freien Verfügung, er steht abgedeckt unter der Treppe. Bitte diesen nach Abkühlung und Säuberung wieder dort hinstellen.

Unsere kleine, einfache Hütte liegt mitten im Grünen und bietet dir einen wunderbaren Rückzugsort fernab vom Trubel. Umgeben von Wiesen, Bäumen und weitem Blick über die Landschaft ist dies der perfekte Ort zum Abschalten, Durchatmen und Auftanken. Die Hütte ist rustikal und bewusst schlicht gehalten – ideal für Naturliebhaber, die das Ursprüngliche schätzen. Kein Luxus, aber viel Charme: Holz, Naturmaterialien und das leise Zwitschern der Vögel am Morgen.

Haus Kiewisch, fully equipped holiday apartment

The fully equipped holiday apartment Haus Kiewisch (just please be aware there is no TV, but wifi) welcomes you in the small village of Seffern, next to the forest. You can start your walk or hike directly at the apartment, there are several trails. The bus stop (Seffern Ort) is located less than a 5 minutes walk. Only a 10-20 minutes drive to our small towns in the South Eifel: Bitburg, Prüm and Kyllburg.

Eine Wohnung mit 2 Zimmer, Küche und Bad ( neu), eigener Terrasse und Gartenmöbeln. Das Schlafzimmer hat ein Doppelbett. Bis zum Waldrand sind es 100m. Wandern kann man von dort durch den Wald bis an die Mosel. Der Eifelsteig ist ca 3,5 km entfernt. Ideal auch für Radtouren auf dem Mosel - und Kylltalradweg.
