Cozy and modern cottage with a location close to the sea. The cottage is very fresh, built in 2021. It is 30 sqm consisting of bedroom, bathroom and combined living room and kitchen. There is a double bed, 160 cm, and a sofa bed just right for two people, 160 cm. With us, the beds are always made when you arrive. Dining table with four chairs. The cottage is secluded on the hosts' property. Private patio. Swimming area and fishing opportunities about 300 meters away. Perfect for those looking for accommodation outside the city center in a quiet & relaxing environment.

Terrace with barbecue, and sun most of the day, as well as a lawn for play and relaxing. Bed linen, towels and cleaning are included for a smooth stay. 15 minutes by car to Karlskrona, or take the archipelago boat from nearby Nättraby. Enjoy the tranquility in a cozy surroundings, just a stone's throw from the sea and with proximity to the archipelago's gems.

Beautiful house by the sea

This unique home has its very own style. The house is brand new (2023) in an exclusive Scandinavian design style. Full of original and high end details! Very close (300 m) to child friendly nice swimming beach. Two spacious bedrooms with two beds in each. Large living room with open plan. Well-equipped kitchen. Good transport from central Karlskrona to Nättraby which is 2 km from the house. In Nättraby there are grocery stores, health center and service. Close to the archipelago traffic pier (800 meters).

Open floor plan with kitchen and living room. Fold out kitchen table to conserve space if needed. The living room has TV and sofa bed with two beds. Spacious bathroom with a shower. With a rural location and and sunny patio, the whole company can relax. Modern bathroom with shower, WC and combined washing machine/dryer. Fully-equipped kitchen with stove, oven, coffee maker, fridge and freezer and dishes. In the living room there are flat screen TV with Chromecast. Unlimited access to fast and stable wifi.

The house is located on the outskirts of a residential area in Nättraby, 10 km from Karlskrona. Swimming area 2 km, shop 1 km and nature nearby.

Modern stuga med panorama utsikt över Karlskrona skärgård belägen ca 10 m från havet. Sängkläder och handdukar ingår bäddat o klart när ni kommer. Tillgång till barnvänlig strand som delas med värdfamilj. Boendet lämpar sig för familj upp till 4 personer. Vid sidan av detta boende finns även en lägenhet för 2 personer att hyra på Airbnb den heter Seaside apartment. Även huvudhuset går att hyra när vi är bortresta. ”Villa archipelago”
