Tranquil retreat suitable for one or two couples or family. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Overlooks native garden and walking distance to beach. Heating and cooling includes reverse cycle air conditioner, gas free standing pot belly and ceiling fans in all main rooms. Please note that if there are only 2 guests each of whom requires a bedroom, it will incur an additional cleaning and linen fee for use of the additional bedroom. This cost needs to be negotiated with the owner.

Our Guest Suite located in the end of a quiet “no-through street”, with a private entrance and yard. FREE off street parking is available in-front of your entrance gate, unlimited time. The place is only 1km from Westfield Fountain Gate Shopping Centre where you can find almost everything you need. If you don't have a car, there is a walking trail to lead you to the shopping mall. The trail goes through several beautiful parks and quiet local streets.

Our place is close to public transport, parks, and art and culture and beaches. You’ll love our place because of the tranquility, the garden, the level of comfort. We try in many ways to live as sustainably as possible. We grow some of our food and have recently added bees to our efforts to pollinate our fruit and vegetables. What the dog doesn't eat and the chickens do not devour goes into the compost centre and back on to the garden.
