This spacious, tastefully renovated barn will enchant you with its location in the middle of nature, in an unspoiled setting. The 28m² terrace offers a unique panorama of the forest, you are lulled by the sound of the stream at the bottom. No TV but books. Every detail has been meticulously thought out, everything has been heathered. This accommodation of 112 m², fully equipped, with 2 double bedrooms, a large living room with insert, a beautiful garden, is a place where the weather is suspended. Not overlooked.

A well-appointed kitchen space features a compact cooking area with a stove and coffee maker. Natural light streams through two large windows, offering views of the landscape. You will be in the heart of a picturesque and preserved landscape. Sports enthusiasts will enjoy the various paths. You can fish by boat thanks to the pier 2.5 km away. It is a single house on the edge of a 2.5 km road where you can have lunch facing the Laussac peninsula.
