Cette grange spacieuse, rénovée avec goût vous enchantera de par son emplacement en pleine nature, dans un cadre préservé. La terrasse de 28m² offre un panorama unique sur la forêt, on y est bercé par le son du ruisseau en contre bas. Ici pas de TV mais des livres. Chaque détails a été minutieusement pensé, tout a été chiné. Ce logement de 112 m², tout équipé, avec 2 chambres doubles, une grande pièce à vivre avec insert, un beau jardin, est un lieu ou le temps est suspendu. Aucun vis à vis.

Cuisine tout équipée, cheminée avec insert, coin salon dans une voute avec TV. 2 chambres lit queen size, possibilité de rajouter un lit 90, lit bébé. Salle de bain avec douche a l'italienne, machine à laver, WC séparé. Le buron se situe à 400 m de la route, accessible en voiture.

Calme détente et loisirs en Auvergne

Gîte entièrement rénové dans la superbe vallée de Brezons. Maison individuelle en pierre au bord du ruisseau dans un cadre verdoyant vous garanti calme et repos. Amateur de chasse et pêche vous serez comblés par la région et pour les randonneurs vous pourrez visiter de belles cascades et faire de superbes balades. Les draps et serviettes ne sont pas fournis. Nous louons à la semaine pendant les vacances scolaires et minimum 2 nuits hors saison.
